What is Blue Wire Networks, Inc.?
Blue Wire Networks is one of the leading resellers in the IT industry, providing new, used, and refurbished networking equipment to customers worldwide.  We pride ourselves in offering the best network hardware to suit your networking needs.  We specialize in Cisco, IBM, and HP products.  All our products are tested in house and depending on the manufacturer or the condition of the product, carry a warranty anywhere from 30 days to a year.

Who does Blue Wire Networks sell to?
Our customer base includes, but is not limited to, brokers, wholesalers, ISP’s, corporate end-users, government agencies, and educational institutes.

What is the difference between new, used, and refurbished equipment?
NEW
New hardware in a factory sealed retail box with all accessories (manuals, cables, software etc.)

USED
Product has been previously used, but is clean, tested, and comes with a specified warranty.

REFURBISHED
Product is refurbished by the manufacturer, and comes from the manufacturers’ refurbished channel.  It is reconditioned, fully tested and sealed, and comes with all documentation and accessories.

How does Blue Wire Networks ship?
We understand how critical it is for our customers to receive the products on time.  That is why we offer several shipping options for our customers to choose from.  We can ship using FEDEX, UPS, DHL, BAX GLOBAL, or other third party carrier services.  We also offer will call at our Pittsburg, CA location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally.  However with international shipments, we prefer that the customer provide us with their own shipping account number and take responsibility for all taxes and duties.  International customers pay in advance via wire transfer, before we ship the product.

Does Blue Wire Networks blind drop ship?
All the time.  We can use your shipping account number and packing slip and blind drop ship for you anywhere.

How does your warranty work and what is your return policy?
Depending on the product(s), we offer a replacement warranty anywhere from 30 days to a year.  Our sales representative will specify the warranty period at the time of the sale.  If a product fails and is returned within the warranty period, we will try to get you a replacement right away.  If we are unable to get you a replacement within a reasonable time, we will refund you for the cost of that product.

If you order an incorrect part, or once you receive the product, you simply don't want it, it is at Blue Wire Networks' discretion whether to accept the product back or not.  This is handled on a case by case basis.  Depending on the condition of the product, when it was ordered, and whether it was a special order or not, Blue Wire Networks will determine whether it will issue a RMA number for that product or not.

Once a purchase order is placed with Blue Wire Networks for Refurbished equipment which comes directly from the manufactures' channel, the order is non-cancelable and the product is non-returnable (except for a replacement within the warranty period).

All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA number issued by Blue Wire Networks.  Returns without prior authorization and/or without a RMA number will not be accepted.  Depending on the reason of the return and at the time of the return, Blue Wire Networks will determine whether it will, or the customer will pay for the shipping on returned products.

A 20% restocking fee may be applied on returned product, depending on the reason of the return.

Blue Wire Networks, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any returns.
